Our Background

Navigating the life settlement market can be difficult. The goal should be simple. Achieve competitive returns with limited financial market risk. Getting to the goal can be anything but simple. Mr. Schantz founded and created Noble in 2017 in order to provide enhanced services to our clients participating in the life settlement industry. The overriding goal for Mr. Schantz and Noble is to utilize the extensive industry knowledge that he and his team have gained over the years in order to help protect and navigate clients through the complex life settlement market, while at the same time giving them the ability to partake in the competitive returns that the industry offers. Noble provides a platform that can help clients efficiently purchase policies, manage policies, and enhance the economic metrics of their policies. Mr. Schantz has been at the forefront of the development of the many life settlement tools and services that Noble offers.

Mr. Schantz has been in the life settlement industry since 2009, and began his career by overseeing all life settlement policies being submitted for review on behalf of a life settlement firm. Mr. Schantz ensured that the company was able to optimize the value of each policy being considered for acquisition. He also managed all aspects of the company’s servicing department, which was not only properly maintaining its own life settlement policies, but was also originally servicing a large portfolio of life settlements for a Wall Street bank. Over the years, Mr. Schantz has created unique and proprietary life settlement models which have given the company and its business partners a competitive edge in uncovering hidden value in policies that most companies would likely have to hire an outside actuary to determine. Mr. Schantz was also heavily involved in the structuring of life settlement investment funds and concepts for the company as well as business partners.

Mr. Schantz graduated from Villanova University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in finance. Mr. Schantz furthered his education as a full-time graduate student at St. Joseph’s University, earning a master’s degree in business administration in 2009.
